What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee depending on the calendar.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes are pet friendly. Use the 'Pets allowed' filter on the search page. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and pets must be listed on the reservation.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most homes have a two-night minimum, extending to three or more nights during holidays and peak ski weeks.
Do I need a 4WD vehicle in winter?
We strongly recommend 4WD or AWD with snow tires from November through April, especially for Mountainside properties.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Every home is stocked with fresh linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toiletries, paper goods and dish soap.
How do I get the door code?
Your door code and arrival instructions are emailed 48 hours before check-in once your rental agreement is signed and your balance is paid.
